Checked and Checked
All puppies will be DNA tested, vet checked, dewormed and will be current with all vaccines.
Pets Only
All puppies are sold as pets, with spay/neuter contracts unless previously discussed.
Our Policies
- We cannot guarantee a specific color or coat-type. While taking your requests into consideration, we take great care in matching you with the right puppy for your family. We will do our best to meet your requests.
- We cannot guarantee adult dog size. We will provide you with the size of the puppy’s parents and will do our best to estimate the puppy’s adult size.
- Contact us for pick-up and delivery options.
- Puppies will be ready to go home at 8 weeks old. If you are unable to pick up your puppy on the puppy go-home day, please contact us to discuss a change in date.
- When picking up your puppy, we will sign a sales agreement/contract that includes a 2 year health guarantee. You will receive a Health Record with information about your puppy’s vaccination & worming history. You will also receive a sample of food the pup has been eating and a puppy go-home pack.

Payment Timeline
$300 Deposit
A $300 deposit is due at time of application. The deposit is non-refundable, but is transferrable to a different litter if you are not satisfied with available puppies or an unexpected event occurs. Deposits may be refundable at breeder's discretion.
Deposit can be made via cash, check, cashier’s check or money order.
Deposits can also be made using Venmo or Zelle.
Final Payment
Final payment is due when you pick up your puppy in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order.
Personal checks are accepted as payment up to 3 weeks prior to puppy pick-up.
